Annual Beautification Awards
Mayor's Beautification Award
Each year, one private property in each city district is selected for their contribution to the beautification of West Bend. Emphasis is generally placed on the appearance of the front yard, the areas that have an immediate impact on the neighborhood and are in continuous public view. Consideration is given to the effort put into the beautification project. The intent is to recognize owners and or tenants of residences and businesses who have taken time from their busy schedules to care for their yards and establishments by enhancing and improving the appearance of the property. MBA winners are selected by volunteer judges. Nominations are considered. Send nominations to wbbc_ci.west-bend.wi.us .
Winning properites are featured in the West Bend Daily News throughout the summer and the mayor presents the property owners with an award at our annual award reception in September.

West Bend Mutual Insurance Company's
Business Beautification Award
The BBA was created to recognize businesses in West Bend that have made a positive impact on the community by improving the appearance of the exterior of their building(s). West Bend is a beautiful city and WBBC feels this project will help instill even more pride in the community by recognizing those businesses that already make an effort to improve the environment for all of us and encourage other businesses to improve their facilities as well.
